Fitness Friday, Holiday Weekend Edition!!

This week’s challenge is to incorporate relay races into your 3-day weekend! Relay races are a great way to get active and have fun with groups of all ages! Increase the intensity by creating a circuit workout as part of the challenge or make it more kid-friendly by incorporating play.
