Why KidFit?

The childhood obesity epidemic in this country is well-documented, with nearly 1 in 3 children overweight or obese. We know that this has huge implications on children’s academics, physical health, and general well-being. At KidFit, our mission is to combat childhood obesity and promote healthier lifestyles by empowering schools and communities to take control of their health and wellness.  We encourage children of all ages to make small changes in their daily routines to make a difference in their overall health & wellness.
